Ambre Soubiran is the CEO and Chairman of Kaiko. With two decades of experience in finance, she has raised over $80M in venture funding and expanded Kaiko globally. Previously, she worked at HSBC Global Markets in London, specializing in equity derivatives. A Paris Dauphine University graduate with a Master’s in applied mathematics and computer science, Ambre has been involved in cryptocurrencies since 2012, combining her technical background with financial innovation.

Karamvir Singh is the Chief Product Technology Officer at Kaiko. Under his leadership, Kaiko delivers high-quality, granular data on over 10,000 cryptocurrency pairs across 80+ exchanges, catering to institutional clients. With a decade of expertise in product management, business development, and trading operations within the FinTech and capital markets sectors, Karamvir has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Before joining Kaiko, Karamvir co-founded HyperTrader, a YCombinator-backed startup, where he served as CPO.

Elodie de Marchi-Chouard is Chief Operating Officer at Kaiko. She brings a rare combination of operational rigor and high-stakes financial expertise, built across some of the most dynamic environments in tech and finance.
At VMware ($62B market cap), she worked on 18 acquisitions and corporate VC deals, from early-stage deals to multi-billion dollar transactions, including the $2.2B enterprise value acquisition of Carbon Black in 2019. Prior to that, she spent six years as Vice President at First Citizens Bank (formerly Silicon Valley Bank), advising top-tier investors and entrepreneurs across New York, Boston, and San Francisco. She holds a Master of Science in Finance, speaks four languages, and has been selected as a Bloomberg New Voices expert in crypto and digital finance.

Bediss Cherif has been leading Product at Kaiko since 2020 and has recently become Chief Revenue Officer. He started his career in trading technology for interest rate and FX derivatives as a quant and front-office consultant at Murex before moving to market infrastructure at Euronext, where he led the overhaul of derivatives markets. From 2019 to 2020, Bediss initiated the transformation of non-screen-based exchange activities towards automation and a platform-based approach, paving the way to their digitization. Bediss joined Kaiko during its seed stage, scaling it from a web-enabled public data aggregator to a global financial markets data and information solutions provider.

Alexandre Clément is VP Finance at Kaiko, which he joined as the company’s first employee. He has been central to Kaiko’s growth trajectory, steering financial strategy through four fundraising rounds and five acquisitions. Prior to Kaiko, he built his foundation in financial markets, with experience in internal audit at Exane and structured finance and securitization at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. His background spans regulated financial services, corporate finance, and fundraising, with a focus on scaling finance functions in high-growth environments.

Anne-Sophie Cissey is the Chief Administrative Officer and Group General Counsel at Kaiko. With over a decade of experience in legal and compliance, she oversees the company’s administrative, legal, regulatory, and operational functions. Her work focuses on building scalable governance structures and operational frameworks tailored to the needs of a high-growth fintech environment. She collaborates with C-suite leaders to align strategy, manage enterprise risk, and enable the institutional adoption of digital assets.
