Kaiko Introduces Real-Time Equity Rates, Unlocking 24/7 Equity Markets.
Kaiko is expanding its benchmark infrastructure with the introduction of real-time stocks and equity ETF rates designed for continuous global markets.
This launch brings equities into the same around-the-clock environment that powers digital assets. Recent developments in the industry showcase the need for reliable pricing services, specifically for perpetual futures and tokenized product issuers.
This expansion positions Kaiko as a provider of unified, continuous pricing across both traditional and digital asset classes, strengthening Kaiko’s role in markets where trading no longer stops when exchanges close. By delivering reliable pricing at any time of day, Kaiko supports builders who are developing products that require constant access to accurate and transparent market data.
Unlocking 24/7 Equity Markets
To support investors’ expectations for uninterrupted access to traditional assets through traditional or crypto trading platforms, product issuers need reliable pricing 24/7, or 24/5. Kaiko’s real-time equity rates provide a transparent reference built for this new landscape.
The demand for continuous access to equity markets has accelerated in 2025. Increasingly, retail platforms are extending the availability of equity beyond traditional sessions. In Europe, Robinhood introduced tokenized US stocks and ETFs with around-the-clock access. At the same time, crypto-native venues are moving into tokenized equities, with Binance showcasing on-chain stock trading through its Web3 channels.
Expanding Kaiko’s Distribution Footprint
This launch enhances Kaiko’s broader pricing infrastructure, which already spans centralized, decentralized, and permissioned environments. With continuous equity rates added to our existing portfolio of digital assets rates and indices, Kaiko now provides a single, unified foundation for platforms operating across asset classes and environments. These environments include on-chain perps trading, or tokenized indices, as well as traditional financial markets introducing continuous futures to institutional investors, or CeFi exchanges expanding their own footprint from crypto to equity.
A modular approach supporting a variety of products and markets.
Kaiko’s equity rates follow a modular design that adapts to the needs of each platform: While kaiko issues regulated equity indices (for stocks and ETFs), modules are developed to meet the requirements of products issued across DeFi and CeFi environments, as for example, modules including corporate action rules to maintain integrity of equity pricing on on-chain environments, or liquidity-aware safeguards ensuring consistency during extended hours.
Through this modular design, Kaiko provides a flexible pricing layer that scales across traditional, on-chain, and hybrid market environments and supports the next generation of equity products built for continuous trading.
