Kaiko Acquires Amberdata in Landmark Digital Asset Data Consolidation.

Kaiko Appoints Sari Granat as Independent Board Member.

New York, July 13th, 2026

Kaiko, the leading regulated provider of institutional digital asset market data and data infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Sari Granat as Independent Board Member, effective immediately.

Sari brings a rare combination of experience that is directly relevant to Kaiko’s current stage: deep expertise in institutional financial data infrastructure, and frontline leadership through blockchain’s transition into regulated financial markets.

From 2012 to 2022, Sari served at IHS Markit, one of the world’s leading financial data and analytics companies, where she held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, guiding the company through its landmark merger with S&P Global.

Prior to IHS Markit, she held senior legal, strategy, and business development roles at Dow Jones, Kaplan, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, and Kenyon & Kenyon.

Most recently, Sari served as COO and then Interim CEO of Chainalysis, the blockchain data company, where she led all facets of the business as it scaled across government agencies, financial institutions, and digital asset firms globally.

“Ambre Soubiran, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Kaiko, commented: “The board and I are truly delighted to welcome Sari to Kaiko. She has been at the center of two of the most consequential stories in our industry: the institutionalization of financial data through IHS Markit, and the maturation of blockchain data through Chainalysis. As we enter a new phase of growth at Kaiko, combining market data, regulated indices, and onchain data infrastructure, her experience and judgment will be invaluable.

“Sari Granat added: “With its data assets and onchain data infrastructure, Kaiko is playing a central role in capital markets adoption of digital assets. I am thrilled to be joining as Kaiko helps to transform the industry.”

Kaiko was founded in 2014 and has since become the reference provider of institutional-grade digital asset data, serving 260+ clients across traditional finance, asset management, banking, and regulation. The company holds BMR authorization, MiCA/CASP licensing, SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 certification, and IOSCO and DORA compliance. Kaiko has completed five acquisitions to date, most recently Cometh and Amberdata in 2026.
